Pop Over is operated by Pop Over. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@hellopopover.com.

Account and profile: your name, email address, city, state, ZIP, optional photo, bio and social link. Other users only see your first name and last initial; your last name and email stay private.

Listings: photos, descriptions, prices and the general location (city, state, ZIP) of items you list.

Bookings and logistics: rental dates and times, fulfillment choices, and the delivery address you provide for a booking. A delivery address is shared only with the lister for that booking — never publicly.

Messages: conversations between renters and listers in the app.

Payment information: card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. Pop Over stores only payment status, amounts, and Stripe reference identifiers — never your full card or bank account numbers. Listers completing payout setup provide identity and bank information to Stripe directly.

Technical data: standard service logs (such as request and error logs) kept to run and secure the service.

To run the marketplace: showing listings, coordinating bookings and handoffs, processing payments and refunds, sending booking and message email notifications, and keeping the service secure. We don't use your information for advertising profiles.

Other participants: your public profile (first name, last initial, photo, city/state, bio) is visible to other users. Booking details — including the delivery address — are shared with the other party to that booking only.

Service providers: Stripe (payments and payouts), Resend (transactional email delivery), Mapbox (delivery distance calculation), and Lovable (hosting, authentication and database). Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service to us.

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider with access controls limiting who can read what. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design the app so private fields (last name, email, delivery addresses, payment identifiers) are never exposed publicly.

You can view and edit your profile in the app at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email support@hellopopover.com. Some records — such as completed transactions — may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations, even if you ask for deletion.

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change and continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
